The Chesapeake Mermaid performing an educational show for students at Deal Island Elementary

The Chesapeake Mermaid delighted the students of Deal Island Elementary, courtesy of sponsorship from the Deal Island - Chance Lions Club. Alongside the educational performance, the Lions Club generously supplied 125 copies each of "The Last Bivalvian" storybook and "Learning Nature" coloring book to the eager students.
